I’m Ron Perez, owner of R & D Construction, LLC, and a construction and maintenance professional with more than 20 years of hands-on experience in residential remodeling, property maintenance, and full-scope project management. My career has been built on craftsmanship, reliability, and a commitment to doing the job right the first time.

Over the years, I’ve managed everything from complete home remodels and structural repairs to large multi-building apartment communities. My background includes supervising maintenance operations for hundreds of residential units, coordinating vendor teams, handling budgeting and scheduling, and ensuring every project meets the highest standard of quality and safety.

Through R & D Construction, I provide residential and small-commercial remodeling services with a focus on honest communication, fair pricing, and dependable results.
